Thank God for the successful counseling team from CALMS that recently helped prepare over 50 Belizean leaders to provide more effective counseling in their churches, schools, prisons and the court system.
Thank God for providing willing workers including new missionaries, volunteers and short-term teams willing to use their gifts to expand God's mission in Central America.
Thank God for how he is using CALMS' training events to prepare future pastors at Concordia Seminary, St. Louis, to understand other cultures and to learn important skills such as how to listen and ask question in another culture, how to share their faith in Jesus and the importance of win-win partnerships for effective cross-cultural ministry.
