Thrivent Choice Dollars
CALMS qualifies as a Thrivent Choice Dollars® recipient . That means that if you are a Thrivent member, you will automatically be given Choice Dollars which you can then designate to recognized Lutheran organizations like CALMS. Simply go the www.thrivent/com/thriventchoice website and click on the “register now” tab to register and begin making your donation of your Thrivent Choice Dollars.
You are automatically a Thrivent member if you own an insurance policy from, or have an investment through Thrivent Financial for Lutherans. Your Choice Dollar amount is linked to your level of investment. In other words, if you are investing a larger amount through Thrivent, you will automatically get more Choice Dollars that you can then pass along to CALMS. Remember also that you will get Choice Dollars when you volunteer as a Thrivent member. Volunteer service includes unpaid time working on projects/activities or serving on a governing/task group. Read the information on Thrivent’s website to make sure your service hours are registered so you will get Choice Dollars that you can then pass along to CALMS.
