Helping equip "promotores" who work with families of people with disabilities to grow in their ability to share their Christian faith as they do their work.

Desired Results

As a result of this project, Dominican "Promotores" will demonstrate competency and confidence in sharing their Christian faith as they work with families of people with disabilities.

Skills Needed

This project can involve a team of three to six people: At least one person on team with good Spanish Language skills; at least one person on the team with a background in social work or working with disabled people. At least one member of the team with a background in Christian education. All members of the team should have a strong faith walk and be recommended by their pastor(s).
